She specialises in hatha, vinyasa, bikram (hot), yin and nidra styles either group or one to one / private classes and hosts yoga retreats in the UK and internationally. She also hosts a podcast, imaginatively called That Yoga Woman’s Podcast and chat to yogis, yoga teachers and studio owners about their lives on and off the mat.
